Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and technical leadership to various project teams
- Develop efficient, high-quality designs that meet program objectives
- Facilitate standardization and benchmarking activities within the domain
- Ensure corporate best practices are consistently applied across all projects
- Assist in integrating interior components throughout the vehicle development phases
- Translate functional goals into actionable technical requirements
- Conduct analyses of various design concepts and packaging options
- Lead product diversity initiatives in line with KPI expectations
- Support the creation of technical policies, training materials, and roadmaps
- Ensure compliance with Internal Control System regulations
