Requirements

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to design, maintain, and enhance budgets that align with engineering goals and strategic initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate actual spending against budget across all engineering functions
- Identify cost factors, analyze discrepancies, and suggest improvements to achieve efficiency targets
- Provide financial impact analysis for engineering initiatives and strategic projects
- Work on business cases and ROI analyses for proposed investments in engineering tools or training
- Create reports and presentations for leadership detailing budget performance, risks, and opportunities
- Assist in preparing content for operational and business reviews, as well as executive updates
- Coordinate with finance when cross-functional collaboration is necessary
- Seek and implement enhancements to budget management processes, including tracking and reporting standards
