- Technical mentoring experience and ability to provide training
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance features for gasoline engine control algorithms
- Collaborate closely with systems and calibration teams to gather requirements
- Create implementation strategies and validate designs against specifications
- Ensure ease of calibration and compliance throughout development phases
- Document compliance with regulatory requirements and project impacts
- Monitor project timelines and ensure that progress remains on schedule
- Prepare and present technical reports to management and project leaders
- Actively contribute to decision-making regarding control strategy designs
