We are looking for a skilled MLT Lab Test Engineer who is ready to lead and support the development and execution of testing at the component, system, and powertrain levels. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the reliability, durability, and performance of vehicle systems and components through rigorous testing.

Responsibilities
In this position, youll oversee test setups for both components and vehicle systems to meet DVP&R (Design Verification Plan & Report) standards. Youll support the design and fabrication of fixtures for various test scenarios, including powertrain component assessments. Collaborating with CAE, Release Engineering, and Test Engineering teams will be key to ensuring the efficient execution of current and future validation programs. Your duties will also include guiding SBU staff, crafting test plans and benchmarks, and conducting root cause analyses to address testing challenges and replicate field failures.
