Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
- Extensive experience in Electric/Electronic (E/E) Architecture solutions
- Proficiency in project management and stakeholder collaboration
- Knowledge of functional safety standards and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices
Responsibilities
- Guide the convergence of functional safety across all platform products
- Collaborate with project teams within the Software Organization (SWX)
- Coordinate efforts with vehicle project teams for alignment
- Gather and analyze new feature requests for feasibility assessments
- Uphold product technical policies in line with international standards and internal guidelines
- Propel early life cycle delivery utilizing Agile practices
- Foster collaborations with internal partners to enhance product safety
- Promote a culture of teamwork, diversity, and inclusion
- Demonstrate a proactive approach and drive for results
