Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in system design and engineering release processes
- Proficiency in FMEA, CAE, NX, and Teamcenter
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with validation processes such as DVP&R
- Understanding of change management and engineering bill of materials
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple support groups
- Strong project management skills with a focus on KPI monitoring
Responsibilities
- Design and analyze structural frame components and assemblies
- Develop and execute work plans to meet functional objectives
- Ensure timely delivery of components through to vehicle launch
- Conduct failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) for design evaluation
- Validate components through design validation plans (DVP&R)
- Manage changes through defined change management processes
- Support build activities and manage issues using GIMS
- Collaborate with support teams including NVH, Vehicle Integration, and Safety
- Maintain model and drawing integrity in Teamcenter
