Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience in design and development of engine air induction and boosting components
- Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, sourcing, and quality
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of current production processes and future program development
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Design Team to engineer air handling components and systems
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure quality and timeliness of components
- Coordinate with the Manufacturing Team to optimize production processes
- Engage with the Sourcing and Purchasing Teams to manage material requirements
- Interface with the Engine Systems Team on both current and upcoming projects
