Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience in automotive HVAC systems development
- Proficiency in writing technical specifications and requirements
- Strong background in supplier management and coordination
- Skilled in data analysis and corrective actions
- Familiarity with CFD and FEA analysis techniques
- Experience in pilot and pre-production processes
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and validate automotive HVAC compressor and A/C lines
- Ensure components align with performance objectives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including powertrain and engine cooling
- Produce and manage source packages, specifications, and change notices
- Maintain a component and sub-system DVP&R
- Oversee and update component bench testing and simulation results
- Analyze data and implement necessary corrective measures
- Lead virtual teams in performing CFD and FEA analyses
- Support the assembly plant during pilot and pre-production builds
