Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in engineering roles, specifically in automotive components
- Strong analytical skills and experience with failure analysis
- Proficiency with engineering tools such as DFMEA and DVP&R
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel as required
Responsibilities
- Collaborate as a team member on various engineering projects, managing multiple priorities
- Troubleshoot technical issues through detailed analysis of camshafts, rocker arms, and timing components
- Plan and oversee test execution, monitoring progress and compiling results
- Analyze test data to produce summaries, offering data-driven recommendations to the team
