- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field - Proven experience in engineering roles, specifically in automotive components - Strong analytical skills and experience with failure analysis - Proficiency with engineering tools such as DFMEA and DVP&R - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment - Willingness to travel as required
