Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in functional integration and calibration of electronic systems
- Strong knowledge of vehicle performance objectives and engineering principles
- Experience managing projects and leading teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with DVP&R processes and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Oversee full vehicle performance integration and calibration for electronic brake systems
- Ensure compliance with vehicle functional objectives and performance targets
- Manage the completion of system level DVP&R assessments
- Collaborate with suppliers to lead both low and high mu development
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet program milestones
- Analyze product plans and platform updates to understand impacts on vehicle calibration
- Lead the introduction of new Brake Stability Module features for current and upcoming vehicles
