Requirements
Must:
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt
- Proven expertise in Automotive Electrical, Electronics, and Software systems
- Strong experience in leading Lean Six Sigma projects
- Proficient in root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs
- Knowledge of DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) principles
- Proficient in statistical tools and software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement impactful Lean Six Sigma projects in product development and quality areas.
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for intricate design and field-related issues.
- Work collaboratively with teams from Design, Validation, Manufacturing, Quality, and Service to address systemic challenges.
- Create and execute tailored training programs in Six Sigma and quality tools relevant to Automotive Electrical/Electronics/Software domains.
- Evaluate skill deficiencies and create structured development plans for engineers and quality professionals.
- Oversee and manage certification initiatives for Green Belts and Black Belts within the organization.
- Foster a culture of continuous education and technical excellence.
- Assist design teams in employing DFSS methodologies during the conception and development stages.
- Facilitate cross-functional reviews of field quality issues, warranty data, and customer feedback to identify underlying design or process defects.
- Lead closed-loop corrective actions and integration of lessons learned into future projects.
- Utilize statistical software to analyze quality data and uncover patterns.
- Create dashboards and reports to track project progress, quality KPIs, and training efficacy.
