Requirements
Must:
- 3–5 years of experience supporting or managing Microsoft 365 and/or Microsoft Azure environments
- Proficient in PowerShell or automation scripting
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (Azure, Microsoft 365, and/or Security)
- Familiarity with regulated or security-sensitive environments (financial services is a plus)
- Proven ability to implement technical solutions based on established requirements, standards, and architectural guidelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Collaborative team player with the ability to follow technical direction
- Strong decision-making skills balancing usability, security, and operational needs
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to reliability, consistency, and quality
- Experience in financial services, credit unions, or banking settings
- Knowledge of Microsoft Purview features, including DLP, retention, and eDiscovery
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and provide support for SharePoint Online solutions utilizing native features and Power Automate workflows
- Develop and sustain business workflows to enhance efficiency, replacing manual or outdated processes
- Convert business requirements into secure and scalable SharePoint and Power Platform solutions
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
- Establish and uphold site structures, information architecture, permissions, and governance standards
- Aid in the migration of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint from legacy or on-premises systems
- Manage Azure services and identity solutions, including Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and role-based access controls
- Apply security, privacy, and compliance measures in accordance with financial institution and regulatory standards
- Foster automation development using Power Platform, Azure Automation, Logic Apps, or PowerShell to enhance efficiency and minimize manual tasks
- Collaborate with IT, security, compliance, and business teams to implement platform improvements, documentation, and operational support
