Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and Looker for data visualization
- Strong grasp of Agile project management and SDLC principles
- Expertise in ETL processes using Talend, Python, Bash (Unix shell), and SQL
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle databases, and database architecture
- Knowledge of R programming for statistical analysis coupled with business analysis skills
- Familiarity with VBA for automation tasks
- Capability to analyze extensive datasets through SQL queries to extract valuable insights
- Experience with Linked data integration for effective connection of diverse data sources
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Visio for process documentation and mapping
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports utilizing Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to illustrate crucial metrics and trends
- Design, implement, and refine ETL procedures using Talend, Python, Bash (Unix shell), and SQL to ensure precise data integration from various sources such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases
- Perform thorough business analyses to uncover opportunities for enhancing processes and operational efficiencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams employing Agile methodologies to execute projects aligned with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Undertake database design responsibilities, including schema creation and data modeling to facilitate scalable analytics solutions
- Apply R, VBA, and other programming tools for advanced statistical analysis and automating routine operations
- Oversee project timelines by adhering to project management best practices while ensuring documentation through Visio or similar tools
- Participate in Linked data initiatives to improve data connectivity across platforms for richer insights
