Must:
- Associate degree in a technical discipline or relevant experience
- Over 3 years of experience in CMM programming and operation
- Proficient with PC-DMIS software
- Strong understanding of GD&T and ANSI/ASME, ISO standards
- Capability to document and maintain precise records for quality audits
- Competence to support continuous improvement efforts utilizing Kaizen methodologies
- Ability to train and mentor junior team members
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure precision in manufacturing
- Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T specifications accurately
- Document inspection results in accordance with quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to support product development
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with Kaizen methodologies
- Train and mentor junior staff on CMM operations and best practices
- Participate in quality audits to maintain compliance
- Analyze data to identify trends and suggest improvements
