Requirements
Must:
- Experience with EDI systems and inter-system communication.
- Comprehensive IT knowledge, including networking, system configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a dynamic production setting.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or packaging arena is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Install, set up, and maintain hardware and software utilized in production operations.
- Oversee and resolve issues related to EDI connections with clients and suppliers.
- Coordinate with system providers and internal teams to facilitate effective system integration.
- Monitor network connections to guarantee reliable communication among systems and machinery.
- Aid in data transfers, automation processes, and system upgrades.
- Offer technical assistance to both office and production personnel as required.
