Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in EDI support, coordination, or analyst roles, preferably within manufacturing or distribution
- Proficiency with ERP systems, particularly Syspro Datascope and/or SAP
- Solid understanding of order-to-cash processes, including purchase orders, invoices, and ASNs
- Capable of troubleshooting data discrepancies and system errors effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse departments
- Detail-focused with strong organizational capabilities
- Openness to initially work onsite for training and familiarization with our facilities
Responsibilities
- Administer and facilitate EDI transactions among customers, vendors, and internal systems
- Supervise daily order flows, acknowledgments, ASNs, invoices, and manage error resolutions
- Diagnose EDI failures and collaborate with internal teams and external partners for solutions
- Ensure data precision across systems, including Syspro Datascope and SAP
- Collaborate closely with operations, shipping, and customer service teams to ensure prompt order fulfillment
- Create and manage EDI mappings, trading partner setups, and necessary updates
- Recognize and implement process enhancements to minimize order errors and delays
- Assist in the integration of ERP systems (Syspro Datascope / SAP) with customer portals
Description
We are a dynamic packaging and manufacturing company with multiple locations across Georgia, Chicago, and Northern California. We are looking for an EDI Specialist who will enhance our order processes, customer integrations, and system reliability. Initially, this role requires an onsite presence to gain familiarity with our operations. After the training phase, the position can shift to a hybrid or remote model.
