Requirements
Must:
- A bachelors degree or higher, including at least 15 semester credit hours in computer science
- A bachelors degree in any field coupled with one year of experience in information technology
- 60 semester credit hours comprising 15 semester credit hours in computer science and one year of IT experience
- Two years of experience in information technology
Responsibilities
- Review and address incident and request tickets in the IT Service Management system within the assigned group
- Oversee ITSM work queues to guarantee timely and effective resolution of client requests
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts from various focus areas as workload necessitates
- Install, configure, and set up software and applications
- Diagnose issues and provide technical support to clients
- Maintain current knowledge of the core products utilized by supported clients
- Document troubleshooting steps taken to resolve client issues
- Coordinate with vendor support to tackle technical problems with agency equipment and software
- Train and orient users on hardware and software when appropriate
