Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in help desk or technical support, or equivalent hands-on IT expertise
- Demonstrated capability to manage and prioritize several customer requests simultaneously
- Professional attitude with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with troubleshooting wireless access point (AP) networking
- Hands-on expertise in deploying and supporting Windows Server and Windows desktop OS
- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting networking and security devices (Cisco, SonicWALL, WatchGuard, HP, or similar platforms)
- Proficient in supporting Microsoft 365 environments, including administration and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of Azure Active Directory
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V
- Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop is a plus
- Experience in providing support for macOS is a plus
- Experience in supporting IT environments in medical or legal settings is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 technical assistance for client systems, including workstations, servers, and business applications
- Diagnose and resolve network, connectivity, and performance challenges across both wired and wireless settings
- Address escalated support requests from Level 1 technicians and drive them to resolution
- Employ RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) tools for proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and remediation of issues
- Achieve or surpass internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs), consistently maintaining 80% or higher
- Respond to and resolve incidents per established SLA targets and operational guidelines
- Accurately document completed work and record time entries daily in the PSA (Professional Services Automation) system
- Identify opportunities to reduce recurring issues through enhanced processes, automation, and AI-enabled tools
