Technical Product Manager

- We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. - We look for 4+ years of experience using analytics and optimization tools to guide product planning and prioritization. - We require 4+ years of experience collaborating with design and engineering teams to deliver customer-facing features. - We need 4+ years of experience building roadmaps and backlogs, writing user stories, and resolving conflicting requirements in a fast-moving environment. - We require 4+ years of industry experience in a technology setting delivering complex products. - Preferred: We value 7+ years of experience delivering complex products in a technology environment, including cross-functional roadmaps and technically intricate features. - Preferred: We favor recent experience delivering web and/or mobile products, along with the ability to read and understand code; prior programming experience is a plus. - Preferred: We value 5+ years of hands-on product planning, including technical roadmaps, story outlines, acceptance criteria, and large-scale backlog refinement. - Preferred: We need strong influence skills, clear communication, excellent organization, and comfort managing competing priorities. - Preferred: We value deep familiarity with Agile methods and related tools.
