Requirements
Must:
- 7+ years of experience in designing and delivering data products.
- 5+ years of experience with SQL.
- 3+ years of experience working with Databricks or a similar platform.
- 3+ years of experience using Jira, Confluence, or other similar tools.
- 2+ years of experience with PySpark (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience with Collibra or similar metadata catalog tools (preferred).
- Experience in preparing data products for AI readiness (preferred).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to transform technical concepts into business value and build alignment among diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of enterprise data products by collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, value-driven data products on our enterprise Lakehouse platform (Databricks). Define product features, use cases, and success metrics that align with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with technical product managers and engineering teams to design, test, and deliver robust data pipelines. Ensure timely ingestion, transformation, and integration of enterprise data sources into reusable and high-quality datasets.
- Enhance data assets with relevant metadata, documentation, and lineage tracking to ensure discoverability, trust, and usability across the organization. Apply data quality frameworks, enforce standards, and partner with data stewards to maintain integrity and consistency throughout the analytics ecosystem.
