Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a systems engineering or similar role
- Proven expertise in systems development lifecycle and IT operations utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Proficient in analyzing, configuring, implementing, and supporting HCM ERP/SAS systems, preferably SAP Success Factors
- Skilled in using ad hoc query tools for analysis
- Experience with user-centric design concepts in agile development and testing processes
- Ability to assess, design, and implement sustainable technology solutions
- Strong familiarity with functionalities related to Success Factors EC, ECP, and Compensation
- Preferred experience working with third-party vendors
- IT project experience as a resource in an agile environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of key applications/modules/platforms such as Success Factors and SAP HCM
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including knowledge of ABAP and troubleshooting large datasets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capability to understand business and technical matters influencing decision making
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Total Rewards programs and processes using SAP Success Factors offerings (EC, ECP, Compensation)
- Gather, analyze, and document solution requirements, facilitating user story creation and backlog refinement in an agile context
- Configure applications to support solution delivery and consult on development team efforts during the design and implementation of custom solutions
- Develop test plans, prepare testing environments, and oversee testing execution, analyzing results
- Provide global support for critical systems by managing high-priority incidents and ensuring compliance with SLA
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues, conducting root cause analysis to enhance system knowledge
- Create and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials
- Work independently with minimal guidance, effectively escalating issues when necessary and engaging with business and operations teams to promptly address requests
