Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field, or 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Operational knowledge of risk management programs.
- Familiarity with Issue and Exception management.
- Experience in implementing and managing risk management programs.
- Proven ability to lead key program initiatives from conception to execution and adoption.
- Skill in establishing and managing outcome-based initiatives employing standardized processes and industry best practices.
- Experience in cross-industry consulting is preferred.
- Knowledge of security, data privacy, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Understanding of industry frameworks and methodologies, including NIST, ISO, and COSO.
- At least one recognized industry security/privacy certification, such as CISM, CRISC, CIPP, or CISSP.
- Ability to develop key performance metrics and report program outcomes to leadership.
- Clear grasp of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Security Domains related to Cybersecurity, data privacy, continuity, vulnerability, incidents, and emerging areas like Generative AI.
- Collaborative approach with technical teams, including Security Architecture/Engineering and international teams.
- Capability to manage various initiatives and prioritize workload according to dynamic business needs.
- Skill in driving requirements for program enhancements and experience with release management.
- Experience in ensuring accurate data management for risk and GRC programs to support reliable decision-making.
- Capability to analyze data to identify trends, emerging risks, and control gaps, turning data into actionable insights.
- Commitment to creating value and producing quality outcomes aligned with business objectives.
- Experience in delivering risk/security training and knowledge transfer to team members as needed.
- Ability to cultivate a can-do mindset and lead by example.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and manage a comprehensive risk management program to mitigate cyber risks.
- Deliver clear and consistent globally integrated cybersecurity operational risk services.
- Measure success through program adoption and risk reduction metrics.
- Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholder groups to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Oversee the delivery of repeatable, data-driven risk services across the cybersecurity division.
- Adapt the pace of delivery based on program maturity and team capacity.
- Maintain proactive communication with all relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Generate documentation to support systems and programs.
- Conduct training sessions on security/risk for team members as necessary.
- Lead by example to inspire a positive attitude within the team.
