Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, alongside 3-5 years of pertinent experience in cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance, or a related field. - Solid understanding of the systems development lifecycle and IT operations. - Knowledge of configuration across relevant applications/modules/platforms. - Familiarity with multidisciplinary principles and practices essential for achieving success in various projects. - Extensive knowledge of security best practices and industry standards, including ISO 27001, SOC-2, NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, and PCI. - Ability to discern the compliance implications of emerging technologies. - Proficient in navigating complex technical issues and providing solutions that align with business goals. - Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. - Experience in conducting assessments and designing processes to enhance controls and compliance while coordinating program activities. - Proven leadership skills in coaching, mentoring, and training analysts to elevate team capabilities. - Aptitude for strategy implementation, including gap analysis and governance frameworks. - In-depth knowledge of advanced cybersecurity concepts and tools. - Capability to contribute to the formulation and execution of the cybersecurity strategy.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders throughout the organization to gather and translate requirements into actionable controls, aiming to mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and fortify operational resilience. - Aid in the development and execution of cybersecurity governance tools, from policies to control procedures, by collecting requirements and constructing documents based on feedback from senior analysts and leadership. - Evaluate and suggest updates to governance tools through regular reviews to ensure alignment with a rapidly changing business, technology, and regulatory landscape. - Document and manage records for new and existing security controls, which are essential inputs to risk assessments and compliance services. - Thrive in a dynamic and collaborative team environment, balancing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines to advance business goals. - Take ownership of the quality and outcome of your work, ensuring processes are well-documented, maintained, and followed to deliver timely and high-quality results.
