Must:

- Extensive understanding of systems engineering and administration
- Experience or education as a Senior Systems Engineer is preferred
- Capacity to apply knowledge and judgment in supporting global technology solutions
- Proven leadership abilities to mentor junior team members
- Experience in automating manual processes and developing technical skills
- Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively and adhere to deadlines
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of IoT hardware in our testing environment
- Conduct root cause analysis on IoT device malfunctions and create repeatable testing frameworks
- Develop and maintain diagnostic scripts and runbooks
- Establish and uphold the systems lifecycle management process for all IoT devices in our lab
