Requirements
Must:
- We require 4 to 10 years of professional software development experience.
- We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
- We prefer candidates with 2 or more years of experience leading teams of four or more software developers, or comparable technical leadership exposure.
- We value advanced hands-on experience with relevant platforms and applications, including APIs and core system elements such as workflows, process flows, data models, batch processes, UI components, and configuration.
- We look for strong expertise in integration and data movement patterns, including synchronous and asynchronous approaches, bulk data handling, and tightly or loosely coupled designs.
- We prefer experience extending or enhancing commercial off-the-shelf applications to deliver differentiated business functionality.
- We seek people who can mentor developers and influence cross-functional stakeholders through complex and ambiguous decisions.
Responsibilities
- We lead end-to-end delivery by driving requirements and backlog refinement, technical design, development, and deployment planning and execution, including the transition to operations, across Agile and waterfall approaches.
- We build production-ready, high-quality solutions using established design patterns and coding standards.
- We automate test coverage and support continuous build and integration practices to reduce defects and production incidents.
- We strengthen platform stability by taking part in on-call support, troubleshooting and resolving incidents, and leading root-cause analysis.
- We monitor and report operational key performance indicators to improve service health.
- We refine patterns, standards, and shared libraries to reduce technical debt and improve overall platform reliability.
