Requirements
Must:
- We have 4 to 10 years of professional experience in software development or systems engineering.
- We hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- We are proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, C/C++, Ruby, or Perl, with an emphasis on automation, tooling, and systems engineering.
- We bring advanced technical expertise suitable for a senior or lead engineering position.
- We can work in a role that requires onsite presence four days per week.
Responsibilities
- We design and run highly reliable systems at scale by delivering high-availability solutions, monitoring, deep telemetry, and automation.
- We help engineering teams ship with confidence by supporting development groups, troubleshooting complex developer and technical issues, and improving build and release workflows.
- We build secure and compliant technology solutions, including hardened configurations and stable application and infrastructure environments.
- We uphold internal policies and regulatory standards through security-focused engineering practices.
- We guide technical strategy by evaluating and recommending tools, platforms, and best practices.
- We collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to strengthen reliability, scalability, and operational performance.
