Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience working as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in HRSD, CSM, or Legal Service Delivery
- Alternatively, over 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a background in ITOM, ITAM, or CMDB
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript
- Familiarity with UIBuilder, HTML/CSS
- Understanding of data structures and relational databases
Responsibilities
- Define strategic solutions and directions for the ServiceNow platform, focusing on HRSD, CSM, and Legal Service Delivery
- Develop and implement innovative solutions supporting ServiceNow HRSD, CSM, and Legal Services
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and ongoing support of our ServiceNow platform
- Enhance, maintain, and provide support for existing integrations
- Offer guidance and assistance to fellow team members
