Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 10 years of overall IT experience
- At least 4 years in strategic planning
- Over 7 years of experience with ServiceNow development and architecture
- Proficiency in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, FSM, Now Assist, SPM, Integration Hub
- Experience in various technical environments and application development
- Skills in functional and systems modeling
- Capability in indirect people development
- Expertise in business process and system design
- Knowledge in financial analysis and business planning
- Experience with technology proof-of-concepts
- Ability to develop concepts across multiple domains and the enterprise
- Familiarity with architectural thinking and transformation of ideas
- Experience in creating and validating various business and logical models
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build influential relationships
- Flexibility and adaptability in approach to communication
Responsibilities
- Lead global architecture development for ServiceNow across multiple Contact Centers and IT Service Management
- Create multi-domain and enterprise-level capability views, strategies, and roadmaps for business and technology
- Advise technology and functional leaders on key initiatives and organizational priorities
- Evaluate technology trends and relate them to Starbucks, formulating company-specific strategies
- Collaborate with business and technology service owners to develop concepts from ideation through business cases
- Assess the impact and value of new technologies via opportunity assessments and proofs-of-concept
- Facilitate architectural design and approval processes across the enterprise
- Manage interdependencies between various programs and domains
- Champion adherence to architecture principles and educate teams on policies and practices
- Mentor team members and support strategic and operational planning
