Requirements
Must:
- 8-10 years of relevant industry experience in software development and operations.
- At least 5 years of experience in leading engineering teams and managing projects across varying complexities, including 24/7 operational support.
- 3-5 years of experience specific to leading or managing teams with a focus on the ServiceNow platform.
- Exceptional skills in time management, multitasking, and setting priorities.
- A bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and oversee technical responsibilities on the ServiceNow platform, covering aspects like ITSM, CSM, HRSD, among others.
- Manage the engineering team through solution design processes, including project enhancements and maintenance activities.
- Effectively communicate with various stakeholders within product development, ensuring clarity in objectives and priorities.
- Collaborate with senior management to define strategic development goals and secure project budgets.
- Lead and cultivate a high-performing team oriented towards vision and results, while setting clear goals for the work group.
- Champion platform stewardship initiatives to enhance ServiceNow capabilities and ensure stability for business requirements.
- Guide the engineering team in establishing a vision, roadmap, and necessary investments for advancing business solutions.
