Requirements
Must:

- Design experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
- Capability to combine technological expertise with a strong grasp of business requirements to create reliable global technology solutions.
- Skills to collaboratively assess proposed solutions and align with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead IAM projects, overseeing planning, prioritization, deployment, and maintenance of identity services.
- Establish and uphold IAM standards, documentation, and processes for scalability and compliance with regulations like SOX and PCI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement advanced IAM solutions that support security and business goals.
- Simplify complex technical problems into actionable business-oriented solutions through effective communication.
- Enhance platform resilience through secure practices and integration of directory services.
- Evaluate IAM program performance via risk assessments, technical evaluations, and vendor reviews.
- Apply agile methodologies such as Kanban and Scrum to efficiently manage workloads and deliver IAM initiatives at scale.
