Requirements
Must:
- We require a bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline
- We look for 7+ years of experience delivering complex products in a technology-driven environment
- We expect 5+ years working with analytics or optimization tools to guide product planning and prioritization
- We need 5+ years collaborating with design and engineering teams to launch customer-facing features
- We value experience building roadmaps and backlogs, as well as drafting and refining user stories
- We prefer candidates with a masters degree or MBA
- We favor strong working knowledge of Agile methods, practices, and supporting tools
- We seek technical familiarity with web and mobile applications and comfort partnering closely with engineering
- We want someone who can influence without formal authority, communicate effectively, and juggle competing priorities in a fast-moving setting
Responsibilities
- We define and align outcomes by working with stakeholders to clarify the problem, set business and user experience goals, and establish key performance indicators and measurement plans
- We translate strategy into executable work by writing clear requirements such as epics, user stories, and techno-functional specifications
- We define success measures and prioritize across multiple deliverables and cross-functional dependencies
- We lead product execution and continuous learning by guiding feature delivery from concept through launch
- We share progress updates, including materials prepared for leadership audiences
- We run feature reviews and present insights that inform next steps
- We iterate on products based on performance data and observed outcomes
