Executive Assistant to the CEO – Business Analysis and Data Strategy

We require applicants to possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related quantitative discipline from an accredited institution. Applicants should have 1-3 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, financial analysis, consulting, or technology implementation (internships and academic projects are considered). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, complex formulas, and data modeling is essential. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills, is necessary. Candidates must also demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication abilities, project management skills, and attention to detail, while exhibiting a self-directed work style to manage multiple priorities effectively. A collaborative mindset is important for building productive relationships across departments and with external vendors. Preferred qualifications include experience with CRM systems, knowledge of programming languages for data analysis, familiarity with survey design and statistical analysis, and applicable certifications or coursework in relevant fields.
