Requirements
Must:
- MS in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong theoretical grounding in machine learning, statistics, optimization, and applied mathematics.
- Demonstrated research background with published works or co-authorship in recognized forums is highly valued.
- Over 5 years of experience in building comprehensive Machine Learning systems in production environments.
- Proven track record in designing and deploying ML systems from data ingestion to model serving.
- Proficiency in ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost, Scikit-learn, and ONNX.
- Experience with cloud ML services, including Vertex AI, Azure ML, or Sagemaker.
- Familiarity with distributed training frameworks like Spark, Ray, or TensorFlow Distributed.
- Knowledge of serving frameworks such as TorchServe, TensorFlow Serving, or FastAPI.
- Solid understanding of Big Data technologies, specifically the Hadoop ecosystem including Spark, Kafka, and Hive.

- Oversee the design and execution of scalable, production-ready Machine Learning systems, including personalized recommendation engines and an AI ChatBot.
- Collaborate with product managers and the CEO to translate business requirements into effective ML solutions.
- Set and uphold industry standards for best practices in scalable, production-ready ML systems.
- Assist in deploying and maintaining ML pipelines utilizing AWS and other contemporary cloud ML services.
