Requirements
Must:
- Completed bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of personal or professional experience in Python, JavaScript, and GitHub; familiarity with Odoo is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a secure web-based employee portal using Python and JavaScript.
- Develop and uphold integrations with Odoo through APIs and custom modules when necessary.
- Create secure and scalable backend services for authentication, permissions, and business logic.
- Design and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces based on Figma designs for internal users.
- Manage employee, operational, and system data with relational databases.
- Collaborate with product owners and Scrum Master to gather and interpret requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure proper role-based access and data protection across the portal.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and enhance system reliability continuously.
Description
At StageWood Consortium, we are a rapidly expanding tech startup committed to transforming the entertainment industry. Our consumer-facing platform, Tyket, complements our mission as we develop internal systems to support our growing team and operations. We are currently looking for a Junior Full-Stack Developer to aid in the development and maintenance of our internal employee portal, directly integrating with Odoo. Our work environment is collaborative, requiring in-person attendance from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. We offer a starting salary of $20 per hour, which increases to $25 per hour after a three-month probation period, with further raises based on performance.
