Senior Data Architect - Cloud & Big Data

- Analyze legacy systems, perform data profiling, evaluate data quality, and document findings to support modernization efforts - Create source-to-target data mappings and define transformations for migration to contemporary platforms - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Architecture, Integration, Governance, and Security, to ensure alignment of technical and business standards - Provide authoritative guidance and recommendations on modern identity, authentication, and authorization (IAA) standards - Lead workshops, design sessions, and consultations with both internal and external stakeholders to establish consensus on standards adoption - Develop target-state operating models in accordance with standards-based digital identity principles - Assist in implementation planning, change management, and transitioning to modernized operational models - Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies related to coexistence and migration - Generate clear, actionable documentation, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders - Ensure comprehensive knowledge transfer to the internal team while maintaining high-quality documentation throughout the engagement
