Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years of extensive project management experience
- Desired: Masters Degree and Project Management Institute (PMI) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Proven experience with project management tools
- Required knowledge of business process flow analysis
- Preferred background in healthcare
- Familiarity with all project management phases, particularly for medium to large projects
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual abilities
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project and Visio
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and coordinate major departmental or organizational projects and initiatives
- Conduct operations analysis, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analysis
- Develop implementation plans and work group structures
- Oversee work group processes in line with standardized project lifecycle
- Facilitate communication among project members, management, and external partners
- Build and operationalize relationships with vendors and strategic organizations
- Exercise managerial responsibilities and decision-making authority for assigned projects
Description
We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join our ITS PMO Office on a full-time basis with a salary range of $150,000 to $160,000, along with benefits. In this role, you will be entrusted with planning and coordinating significant projects to ensure that objectives are achieved within set deadlines and budget constraints. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our teams while enhancing relationships with key external partners.
