Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of overall software delivery experience
- 3+ years of chatbot development expertise using IBM watsonx Orchestrate or similar conversational AI platforms, such as Google Dialogflow CX, LivePerson, Amazon Lex, or Kore.ai
- 3+ years of experience in training and enhancing intent recognition by assembling suitable training datasets
- 3+ years of applying best practices in Conversational AI, including NLP techniques and optimization of training data
- 1+ year of familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, unit testing, and source code management
- 1+ year of understanding cloud development and deployment principles
- 1+ year of backend (server-side) development experience in Java, Node.js, or Python
- 1+ year of multi-language development experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
- 1+ year of experience in an Agile setting, with knowledge of DevOps practices, the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC), and business requirements analysis
Responsibilities
- Design and develop chatbot solutions utilizing IBM watsonx Orchestrate or similar conversational AI platforms
- Curate and refine training datasets to enhance intent recognition capabilities
- Implement NLP techniques and optimize training data to adhere to best practices in Conversational AI
- Manage and streamline CI/CD pipelines, and maintain source code management using Git
- Collaborate on cloud development and deployment strategies
- Conduct backend development tasks in Java, Node.js, or Python
- Develop applications in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Participate in Agile processes, contributing to DevOps methodologies and the complete software development lifecycle
