Engineer

- We require a high school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience in a hotel or related setting. - We prefer at least one year of progressive experience in hospitality maintenance or a similar field. - Trade school training or college coursework in a related discipline is beneficial. - We need someone who can work flexible schedules, including extended hours when needed. - This is a physically demanding role that may require lifting in excess of 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds regularly. - We expect strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members. - You should be an attentive listener who can clarify concerns and respond effectively. - You must be able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - A courteous, service-focused approach with guests and colleagues is essential. - You must be able to attend required meetings and training sessions. - Regular attendance and compliance with our scheduling needs are required. - A professional appearance, proper uniform, and nametag are expected. - You must follow our standards and regulations to support safe, efficient hotel operations. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate issues are important. - You should be able to interpret complex information and data from different sources. - Cross-training in other hotel departments is required. - Confidentiality must be maintained at all times. - Initiative and the ability to anticipate operational and guest needs are important.
