Requirements

- Knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including hardware devices and network security protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Capacity to work independently in a dynamic environment while effectively managing multiple priorities.
- Relevant certifications or training in IT support or networking are preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support and troubleshoot software applications, hardware, and networking issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Manage computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals, ensuring they operate optimally.
- Assist users with tasks related to desktop support, including software installation, configuration, and updates using tools like Microsoft Office, ServiceNow, Jira, and BMC Remedy.
- Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure components, including LANs, VPNs, firewalls, and other network security measures.
- Diagnose connectivity issues associated with LAN/WAN networks and resolve networking problems.
- Aid in the management of IT assets using computer management tools and documentation platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to operating systems and software.
- Accurately document incidents, resolutions, and processes within ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.
- Effectively communicate with end-users to provide top-notch customer service and ensure a clear understanding of technical solutions.
