Requirements
Must:
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Competency in completing assignments efficiently within tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Preferred expertise in Microsoft Cloud Development, Office Suite, Visual Studio, SQL Databases, Web Development, PowerShell, and SRSS Reporting.
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; a combination of education and experience may substitute.
- Minimum of three years of relevant development experience.
- Experience in integration and automation is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and challenges, then propose viable solutions.
- Collaborate with management and various departments to gather end-user requirements and specifications.
- Create automation routines to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper maintenance and simplicity in code, source code, and stored procedures.
- Engage in code reviews and maintain source control for all software modifications.
- Develop processes and protocols for systems development requirements.
- Utilize Microsoft Cloud to design tailored solutions based on internal organizational needs.
- Ensure systems integration and data integrity prior to execution.
- Undertake additional IT-related tasks as assigned.
Description
At Sportsfield Specialties, Inc., we are looking for two Application & System Analysts to help us develop and maintain structured software systems and applications that drive our growth through technology.
