Requirements
Must:
- 7+ years of experience in Python programming
- In-depth knowledge of asynchronous programming and scalable API development (FastAPI/Flask)
- Proven experience in deploying production-quality applications using LangGraph
- Advanced proficiency with Vertex AI, including Model Garden and Vertex AI Search & Conversation
- Skilled in deploying models through Vertex Endpoints
- Comprehensive understanding of Gemini functionalities, such as function calling and multimodal input
- Hands-on experience with Vertex AI Vector Search or similar databases like Pinecone/Weaviate
- Excellent understanding of CI/CD processes for AI and containerization technologies (Docker/GKE)
- Familiar with eval-driven development to assess agent performance
- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) for standardized tool invocation
- Knowledge of alternative agent frameworks such as CrewAI or Semantic Kernel
- Contributions to open-source AI libraries or an impressive portfolio of agentic research projects

- Contribute to open-source projects and produce research that advances our goals
