Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in Design Validation testing
- Familiarity with LV124 electrical stress testing protocols
- Knowledge of E Fuse inrush current characterization
- Understanding of environmental testing procedures
- Prior experience in an OEM or Tier 1 supplier environment is highly preferred
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of Design Validation testing activities
- Conduct LV124 electrical stress tests according to established test plans
- Characterize E Fuse inrush current under various conditions
- Carry out environmental testing to validate ECU performance
- Document test results and observations thoroughly
- Collaborate with senior engineers for guidance and support
- Participate in risk assessment and program milestone evaluations
