In this role, you will be the first point of contact for any computer, application, or system-related issues. You are expected to provide direct support via phone and remote diagnostic services, addressing software, hardware, and network connectivity concerns for internal users on standard PCs, laptops, and mobile devices. You will guide users through troubleshooting procedures and resolve various Help Desk tickets with good judgment and attention to detail.
