MSP IT Support Technician - Level One

- CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to obtain it within the first 6 months - Fundamental understanding of network setups and configurations - 1 to 3 years of experience in an IT Service Team or Managed Service Provider environment - Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools such as ConnectWise, Autotask, or TigerPaw - Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills - Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities - Basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices is advantageous - Ability to convey personal credibility and professionalism - Positive mindset when dealing with challenges - Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and meet high standards - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - Attention to detail in managing small and large projects - Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment - Capability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, vendors, and clients - High level of professionalism and sound judgment in various situations - Strong skills in problem-solving across routine and complex scenarios
