Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in backend development with Python
- Direct experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers
- Ability to ideate and implement efficiently, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact
- Experience with Docker and containerized applications
- Proficiency in deploying highly available applications on Kubernetes
- Preferred: Experience deploying Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Text-to-Speech (TTS) models in production

- Develop state-of-the-art voice cloning features
- Create low-latency and cost-effective text-to-speech solutions
- Optimize our infrastructure to ensure efficient scaling
- Construct resilient end-to-end systems
- Take ownership of product decisions and strategy in a fast-paced environment
