Technical Project Manager - IT Solutions

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical and business projects, ensuring alignment with our organizational objectives, timelines, and budget constraints - Oversee enterprise system integration efforts, ensuring seamless collaboration across platforms and departments - Define and manage project scope, risks, and dependencies through structured governance and proactive communication - Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and consulting partners to guarantee accountability and high-quality deliverables - Promote continuous improvement by standardizing project management processes, tools, and performance metrics - Manage the complete lifecycle of the Revenue Collection Relocation Program, including concept development, site selection, design, permitting, construction, commissioning, and operational transition - Supervise planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure compliance with engineering, safety, and financial standards - Direct the rollout of a new travel management solution, including procurement activities and integration with SAP Concur Travel & Expense - Assist in the deployment of individual travel cards and collaborate with financial partners to integrate card feeds with SAP Concur - Plan and execute a consolidated credit card program (P Card and Travel Card) - Collaborate with IT to implement a travel management support model, including ServiceNow ticketing, test case development, UAT, change management, and training
