Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in engineering, mathematics, or a STEM field
- Over 5 years of experience in engineering, software development, data analytics, venture capital, management consulting, or operations/product management within a tech organization
- Minimum of 4 years of proficiency in Python
- Skilled in SQL and database structures
- Familiarity with query optimizations and ETL development
- Demonstrated experience with automation technologies (e.g., VBA, C#)
- Experience in fast-paced environments such as start-ups or consulting
- Strong project management and self-management skills
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Aptitude for fostering relationships across teams and management levels
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain high-quality automation to enhance Starlinks customer base, support market launches, and enrich user experience
- Establish alerts and monitoring for existing automation processes
- Efficiently manage stakeholder requests
- Responsible for overseeing the status and health of automation, including reporting metrics like issued credits
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams on migrating automation to integrated website solutions as necessary
- Design clearly defined and measurable experimental procedures
- Write and update comprehensive documentation
- Provide quantitative and qualitative updates on automation performance to SpaceX leadership
