Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related STEM field; or 4+ years of professional software development experience in lieu of a degree
- Proficient in Linux
- Strong knowledge of Python
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Experience in building, automating, and troubleshooting Hardware in the Loop (HIL/HITL) testbeds with various network devices and instrumentation is preferred
- Experience with configuration management, version control software, continuous integration, and agile methodologies is preferred
- Knowledge of Gitlab, Bazel, Docker, and Kubernetes is advantageous
- Must be adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as necessary
Responsibilities
- Design and implement modular test software frameworks to integrate satellite hardware and testing equipment for cellular software development and validation
- Oversee and resolve issues within the automation lab infrastructure in collaboration with partner teams
- Create tools and dashboards to monitor performance metrics for both testbed and live networks
- Work alongside developers on new 4G and 5G cellular features, designing automated tests to confirm functionality and performance
