Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related scientific field; OR 2+ years of professional software development experience in lieu of a degree
- Proficiency in C++ and experience with Linux-based development
Responsibilities
- Developing secure command and control systems for our satellites
- Designing mechanisms for rapid distribution and execution of software updates across network components
- Iterating on high-throughput networking systems across our ground connection
- Creating monitoring and observability tools to enable safe and secure satellite operation
- Designing development and testing tools to enhance productivity across the Starshield team
- Managing software and hardware in datacenters that control the Starshield network
