Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, math, or related STEM field OR at least 2 years of professional software development experience
- Proficient in C/C++ programming
- Strong capabilities in C++ and Python
- Excellent software design and development acumen in production environments
- In-depth understanding of physics and mathematics
- Skilled in debugging, optimizing performance, and conducting unit tests
- Creative and efficient in problem-solving approaches
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Create robust, real-time software to optimize satellite energy usage for a seamless, high-speed global network
- Develop models that accurately forecast the performance of physical systems and user interactions
- Take part in code reviews and lead the software architecture and design processes
- Prototype and oversee experiments to validate critical design principles
- Sustain simulation and analytical tools to avoid regressions and ensure quick development cycles
